Q: How does the backup camera work without connecting the car circuit?
A: The Backup camera comes with a built-in battery, it is powered by the battery directly, so there is no need to connect the reverse light for power.
Q: Why my backup camera doesn’t work? Isn’t it defective?
A: Soalr1 works based on the battery, so please fully charged the battery via USB port before first use.
Q: Why does the monitor keep showing “ no signal” on the display.
A: 1) the battery died, please try to charge it; 2) The wireless transmission is around 33ft, please ensure your car is under 33ft, or we suggest you purchase the extension antenna separately to strengthen its wireless signal.
Q: Whether the monitor shows the rear view image automatically?
A: No, the monitor is activated by the button on the car charger, you can push the button at any time for reversing or monitoring.
Warmly Tips:
1.The monitor requires 12V working voltage, or it will affect the image quality.
2.We suggested you do a benchmark to check whether all components work normally before installation.
